₱8,000

3-month minimum. VAT-exclusive. Makati City, Philippines. In business since 2011.

Who It's For

Site Care Is for a Specific Situation

It is not a rebuild. It is not consulting. It is ongoing maintenance for a site that already works and needs to stay that way.

Right fit if...

  • You have a WordPress or similar CMS site that works
  • You want someone else to handle updates, backups, and security
  • Plugin notifications, SSL expiry notices, or downtime worries are eating your attention
  • You want a plain-language monthly report, not a dashboard to interpret
  • You are a B2B service business in the Philippines

Not a fit if...

  • You need a new site or a significant rebuild
  • You expect regular design changes or content updates in the monthly fee
  • Your site is not built on WordPress or a comparable CMS
  • You are looking for the lowest-cost maintenance option
Leads are the bigger problem? Site Care keeps an existing site healthy. If the issue is that your site does not generate enough qualified leads, or you need to build one from scratch, the Revenue Audit (₱8,000) is the right first step. It maps your traffic quality, on-site conversion, and lead follow-up gaps in writing.

What's Included

What Site Care Covers Every Month

One monthly fee. Everything needed to keep your site up, secure, and ready to receive inquiries.

Uptime and SSL Monitoring

Your site is watched around the clock. If it goes down or your SSL certificate is expiring, we know before you do.

Weekly Off-site Backups

Your site files and database backed up weekly to a separate location, not on the same server your site runs on.

Core, Plugin and Theme Updates

WordPress core, plugins, and themes kept current. Updates are tested before deployment. No broken updates left unresolved.

Monthly Security Pass

A structured check for malware, unauthorized file changes, and known vulnerabilities. Done every month, not just when something breaks.

Inquiry-Path and Form Check

Monthly check that your contact forms and CTA buttons still work and route to the right place. Broken forms cost real inquiries.

Monthly Plain-Language Report

A short written summary of what happened that month, what was updated, backed up, and flagged. No dashboards, no jargon.

What's Not Included

Edits and Fixes Are Billed Separately

Site Care covers ongoing maintenance, not development work. If you need content changes, design updates, new pages, or technical fixes, those are scoped and billed as separate engagements.

Separate development work: Minimum engagement: 8 hours. Rate: ₱1,080/hr. Each engagement is scoped and confirmed in writing before work starts.

Not included in Site Care: copywriting, content publishing, graphic design, SEO work, new page builds, third-party integrations, or any development outside routine maintenance tasks.

Pricing

Clear Price. No Surprises.

₱8,000/month

VAT-exclusive. 3-month minimum commitment.

First payment: ₱24,000 upfront. After the initial 3 months, Care continues month-to-month, cancel with 14 days notice.

Existing maintenance clients

Clients currently on our maintenance plan keep their existing rates. The ₱8,000/month rate applies to new clients.

Rescue Add-on

Site Hacked or Blacklisted?

If your site is already compromised, we can help, but it starts with a short free assessment before any billable work begins.

Normal scope: ₱35,000

Flat rate. Includes Google Safe Browsing and blacklist recovery where the assessment confirms it is within normal scope.

Severe compromise

If the free assessment reveals a more complex situation, we quote before any work starts. No surprises.

The assessment is free, takes 30 to 60 minutes, and is done remotely. We tell you honestly what you are dealing with before any commitment.

Our Response Commitment: For critical issues, site down or active compromise, we start work within 4 business hours. For normal Care work, response is within 1 business day. If we miss the 4-business-hour critical start, you get one free month of Site Care, applied to your next invoice.
