Overview

We are looking for a skilled WordPress and Shopify Web Developer to join our team under our Upwork agency on a commission-only basis. If you're passionate about building websites and online stores, and want the flexibility of freelancing with the backing of a supportive agency, this is the opportunity for you.

You’ll earn commissions for every successful project, with agency support, Upwork connects, and a manager to guide you in winning and delivering work.

Your Role

• Apply for WordPress and Shopify projects under our agency on Upwork

• Work with the agency manager to improve proposals and secure jobs

• Deliver high-quality websites, e-commerce stores, and customizations

• Communicate clearly with clients and manage revisions professionally

• Help grow our agency's rating and reputation on Upwork

Who You Are

• Skilled in:

  • WordPress (themes, plugins, customizations, Elementor, etc.)

  • Shopify (theme edits, store setup, app integrations, Liquid code)

• Has a portfolio with live websites and past client work

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering clean, functional designs

• Familiarity with Upwork is a plus (but not required)

Compensation

• Commission-based only. No base salary. You earn a share from every project completed.

• Transparent revenue split (discussed during onboarding).

• More projects closed = higher earnings potential.
